Job Context:

This exciting role is to engage with Autino’s clients to capture their business requirements and define the requirements that will enable them to achieve their business objectives and goals.

You'll be supporting the definition of an end-to-end solution for a global automotive client, through a combination of in-house applications and capabilities provided by third parties, to ensure the solution delivers the required capabilities.

This role will be working closely with the product management team, establishing near and long term capabilities to deliver the overall solution, and supporting the Product Managers to refine their road maps based upon recognised or emerging customer/client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the toolsets and artefacts required to collate customer requirements.
  • Support the creation of the business processes which supports Autino’s ability to satisfy the customers’ requirements.
  • Be an ambassador for Autino’s solution sets within the customer.
  • Capture the client’s business objectives and requirements to a level which will permit the creation and definition of solution sets.
  • Successfully transfer the business requirements into the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Sponsor the delivery of the solution set into the client, estimating the cost of the solution and equating these with the business goals.
  • Support the effective delivery of the solution throughout the project lifecycle which extends to; trial, go live with customer and consumer adoption.
  • Participate in high-level interdepartmental project planning and prioritisation.
  • Support the planning for sprints in the context of the whole project/programme.
  • Participate in client and internal project meetings planning, review and retrospectives.
  • Guide the client to realise the benefits arising from the successful implementation, supporting the tracking of business benefits.
  • Develop and manage a set of performance measures and reports that informs management and ensures effective delivery.
  • Champion the role of business analysis and the contribution it can make to the effective delivery of client needs.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in a SCRUM team and following an AGILE process (4 yrs.)
  • Ability to capture client business requirements and needs in a structured approach.
  • Knowledge and experience of the software lifecycle and development process.
  • Ability to achieve positive outcomes in a changing environment.
  • Excellent problem solving (root cause identification, risk analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to write concise reports.
  • Use of a ticket tracking tool e.g. Jira, Visual Studio/Dev Ops.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the automotive and garage management sector.
  • Knowledge of consumer-focused applications.
  • Willingness to undertake training to develop a business consulting mindset.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or professional qualification (computing, software, engineering).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • Eligible to work in the UK
